PRICING
Pricing below is suggestive and final Design Fee will be based upon property walk through.
Per Hour - $100.00 per hour / $800.00 per page
Starting Minimum - $1,600.00 - 2 Pages (only the basics)
The Design Package:
- 3D Conceptual Presentation - $2,000.00 - measurements, 3D Conceptual Presentation, 2 Changes. Digital Delivery.
- Conceptual Plans - $1,600.00 - $4,800.00 - physical drawings which show others the way to an installed vision of the conceptual design. - Digital Delivery. All plans include: a Current Site Plan, which is required for any permit or filling for improvements to the City. A Proposed Concept Plan, which tells you and the builder what improvements are going to happen. A Planting Plan, which describes what plant changes are going to happen. And a notes page, which covers some basic Best Practices a builder is suggested to follow, along with lighting, irrigation & drainage notes. All plans are in color.
- Onsite Designer & Plants - $800.00 - $3200.00 - on site coordination with your chosen C-27 Licensed Landscape Contractor, design lines, colors, materials, purchase of all plant materials, placement of plant materials. No construction / No Installation of materials, which will be done by others / C-27 Contractor.
Other fees that are not included in a design plan are site survey, outside engineering, and permits. Full Engineering Plans and Pool Plans will be separate and Billed by engineer or pool company.
FireScaping Consultation Package:
- On site evaluation consultation. You take notes and listen to my evaluation $200.00 - minimum
- Comprehensive write up and action plan - additional $200.00
